Trust where you are right now.

If you are in a place of fear and doubt this is a state of being where you have a choice how you want to feel.  You can be sure that you will remain stuck in the emotion of fear and the possibility of this fear escalating will be high.  Search where this fear or doubt is stemming from.  Is it the idea that life is not fair or you work so hard and life is still so out of balance?  Maybe you are channeling the fear as worry.  Worry is another way of being stuck and it is such a silent flowing emotion.  I bet you don’t even know when you are doing it.  Late at night when you can’t sleep.  You should take inventory as to why you are not asleep.  Worry is about the unknown.  The unknown is not created yet, you haven’t experienced the very thing you are worrying about yet so how will it actually play out.  There are so many ways a situation can play out and this unpredictability is unnerving.  Trust your self and pick an ending.  See how you’ll handle that ending. Do you like the way you are feeling about your self the way you played out that story connected to the worry?  If not, change the ending.  Make it what you want it to be not what you don’t know yet what it really isn’t yet.  Remember, you always have choices as to how you want to feel about yourself with what you do in your own life.    Have a great Monday, Rita
