Are you experiencing some really amazing changes in your reality? Mercury retrograde is behind the surge you may be feeling since the beginning of April. We are in full swing sorting through feelings and the way we perceive through our filter system, our “thinking feelings.” We all need a time out to process and integrate all the new material for the last 3 to 4 months. That is what the retrograde pushes us all into. A time to reflect the way we think, speak, behave, and where this information actually originates from. When we go back over old thoughts or behaviors that no longer serve us or review why we might repeat the same behavior and can’t figure out why it doesn’t get us what we want, well, this is the time to surrender and allow the new awareness to take the old behaviors place. If we trust that Soul will be in the driver’s seat of our own self, then the “plan” for your contract can continue to surface and move you further into the next piece of your own puzzle. You have an opportunity to step into new values, new create, new experiences or you can resist and keep playing out all of the old outdated ways of going after your own life. What sounds more exciting, taking a leap into your own destiny or repeating that which you have already done, but may not really be enjoying the outcome? This is a time of realizing your own potential to design your own Self-Worth, your own time out for your self to be introspective, and your own way of finding what is your own uniqueness. Hang in there, this is an exciting time!!!

Never forget how wonderful you are, living in your own presence being human. You have so many complicated thoughts, feelings, and emotions and everything you do is so intricate and overlayed. One thing you may do feels like it is the correct thing to act upon but it may have an effect on another part of the intricacies of your life and bring everything else out of balance. Respect your self and remember how amazing it is for you to learn through your experiences that you create in your life. Be a witness to your self as you are putting it all together as you live and learn along your path. Congratulations on being you!!!!

You can make a success of your self with your self thoughts, OR you can create your self as a failure. Which do you want to be? You can do both to a degree, but, when those beliefs or thoughts about your self are out of balance, watch out. Do you know when you are successful? Can you recognize your success as that, or do you have a perception of success that is out of alignment with the reality of how you are trying to be successful so you automatically believe you failed. If you are only looking for your failures that is what you will start out with when you are creating the results you want, thus, failure. Evaluate your beliefs around success and failure. Make every day new!!!

This week is truly filled with heart felt love.  This whole month is that of actually loving our Self into more consciousness!  We are elevating our collective consciousness minute to minute by loving our Self and all that is around us.  We are truly feeling more connected to our Higher Self and that means we are in our own exercise of moving out old emotions from our cellular structure.  Be curious all day long about an unfounded emotion or one that you know you just created.  Hold onto the fast feeling that you are being hurled into truth about your self and life around you, even if it doesn’t match up with what you think you already know!! Move with the transition and be gentle and nurturing to your self.

I would like to remind you to be gentle to your self through these amazing tranformative and transitional times. We are untangling thoughts and feelings at a rapid pace and might not feel like we have solid ground beneath our feet. So, if you don’t land like a cat at least know you are sensing these expansive changes and give your self some time and space to get your balance. Your balance is your own self awareness that you are co-creating right now and you are designing your own model of your self. Be patient, be curious, be loving to your self so you can pick up on the subtle pulses and messages that you receive about your self. These pulses and messages will be your guide as you rebuild your self with a new blueprint.

Be sure you included Love and Tolerance into your new ideals for the upcoming year! These are two expanding ingredients for you to apply to any expectations that you may have for your self or others. The tolerance will help with patience and patience is for you when your experience that you create doesn’t work out the way you thought it would or should!  Love is so powerful, having love will seemingly induce forgiveness, and forgiveness is for not having self- tolerance or for others also.

I received an e-mail, Last Man Standing. This message is a great reminder of how many are feeling. Threatened by the possibility of loosing power and strength as a nation, and as individuals in these nations. These fears that we are all so separate from each other is exactly what is changing in each of us energetically. This expansion of our innate knowingness and consciousness is what we are more easily able to access. When we know that we have a fear, focus on the fear internally, find the source of your own fear. Do not go outside your self to settle the fear, no one out side of you can make the fear and uncertainty resolve itself. Only you can, but you must be willing to accept that fear and love live in the same place inside you. One is not better than the other. Love can help in directing you to focus on the fear. Hate and fear will amplify hate and fear.
Be willing to be uncomfortable, be willing to learn what your uncomfortableness is and heal this imbalance. Don’t worry about the world outside you, it is to big to heal by your self, but you can heal your self, then you can affect other’s around you.

Bask in the knowingness that you are the gift. We are in the center of different celebrations this month and may be stressed by the pressure to show up with gifts. Remember that we are going through these challenging times together! Let your own self shine through, test your self to find out what you may have to give to make your self feel worthy. Are you comfortable not giving more or is it a struggle? Check in on your own values and compare what you may have believed a year ago and what you may feel or believe now.  Celebrate with gratitude~~

Turn on your vision for the new year, make it limitless. Imagine what you want to manifest and especially design how you want your health. Today is the day to mark your Self as a true creator, but, make sure your don’t put conditions on these visions! Know that as you dream and move forward healing, so too does the planet and other’s.
