“We’re all working on something, aren’t we?”

“We’re all working on something, aren’t we?” I read that somewhere and oh how it hit a cord inside of me.
All the years that I have been coaching side by side with my clients, tailor fitting their description of their journey for them so that they might find a more insightful sense of Self has healed me too.

Never doubt that whatever you bring to any situation you are teacher and student, they are one.
Now how you live your life with the learning is up to you, you are the director of your movie. Only you can see what you project out of yourself after it is on the screen.

What I mean by this is what you believe is what you project onto life. What is outside of you is up to your interpretation. You are responsible for your belief. You are the only one who can react or decide to observe what you THINK you are seeing.
When you are in the throes of living every day and you are on automatic you very well might not take the time to let this concept run through your filter.

You choose with your free will what you are doing. You might say this isn’t so, this isn’t your circumstances, you have to work where you are, you have to stay in this relationship, or you have to be by this person who is ill.
These circumstances may be very true, yet, there is a twist in it. It is you who chooses how you feel about yourself while you are in these situations. You alone are the only one who can be working on yourself while you are miserable, sad, lonely, afraid, angry, or feeling invisible.
Only you can choose to love you, respect you, and find your truth and internal freedom while you are serving out your circumstances.

What I always recommend to my clients is Silence. Inside yourself find your sweet spot. Find your pulse or river running through you that will bring you to just you.
Silence is to give you space to listen to your internal dialogue. Is this negative dialogue you’re rehearsing (again)? Perceiving that your feelings are negative about the outside situation could be you are really disappointed in yourself that you are where you are at this time in your life?

To differentiate the two (you vs. them) you may need to spend some time in silence and sort out what it is you are letting yourself react to. Rather than react you can observe; this is way more calming than the mouse in the maze routine of the old thought process.
Getting really pissed off feeling very, very sorry for your -self may give you a momentary sense of victory and yet don’t you feel like it really doesn’t fulfill your true needs?

But more than that outcome (your momentary sense of victory) does anything outside of you change when you check back in on your situation? Example: are the people you’re dealing with look different to you, or behave differently or are they still expecting you to behave exactly the way you’ve been behaving or the way they want you to serve them?

This is what I mean when I say we are all working on something. WE are working on building our own sense of Self. We are all here to find our-self. Work on not waiting for someone to point out who you are supposed to be, for, you will remain lost. Lost is very dissatisfying and lonely and disappointing.

And how many people can you blame that you don’t want to find something in yourself that you want to work on?
I’d rather be investing working steadily on my internal Self-everyday while I’m doing the “everyday” stuff than just keep doing the everyday “stuff” and then when the everyday day is done I’m still feeling shitty.
There is no reason to keep going on in this process. Choose YOU to do it differently or do the same routine and have the same outcome.

Take away: SILENCE – Who are you blaming- Observe rather than react.

Weird new study-Spotless Mind?

There’s yet another study out there, yep, something better you can do for life altering changes to your -self through drugs without having to do any work on your part, which by the way is impossible.  There might be a possibility to alter the things you want to forget according to what this study professes to say i.e. erase bad memories.

Science or someone is always working on accommodating the public.  Get your attention with drugs, quick fixes, and then what?  A few years later after you’ve been guinea pigged out you find out your worse off than when you started or by then very altered.  Ahhh, but altered how?

Wow, social media marketing has everyone already doing  just that.  How you ask? Texting, Facebook, drugs, booze, sex, money, work, judging each other too mention a few things.  Those tactics are a temporary solution and must be kept up as a steady behavior to have the effective outcome you’re looking for.

That outcome would lead you to not feel yourself (any pain) and then check out what everyone else is doing “wrong” or “better than you.”
Erasing a bad memory is your job; better yet how about integrating a learning about yourself. What if doing that made you feel better or good about you?

You actually have to be a participant in accomplishing this. Deleting or erasing bad memories is like saying well let’s just induce Alzheimer’s  when you’re 20 or 30 or 40…   No, you don’t want to be partially here, or do you?  Ugggh.

If you have sad or “bad” memories then you are challenging yourself to come to terms with them.  Buried in your memories are golden nuggets of goodies.  Ever hear the saying there is a silver lining in every black cloud, or you can make a silk purse out of a pig’s ear?

True, you can focus on a really bad memory as just that, a really bad, sad or awful memory and keep yourself all tripped up in how terrible it is.  If you are feeling guilty, ashamed, embarrassed, betrayed, abandoned, played, tricked, or you know you did something really awful -well now is the time to wrap your arms around it and get to healing yourself.

Really, when you start to realize that if you put in conscious effort to deal with what ever your negative belief or feelings are you are addressing your Karma.  Yes, your Karma, not your fantasy that someone should get a negative payback for what their offense is that you are judging.

Karma is not a payback.  It is something in your life that you created (in another life) that is a current event that you now have an opportunity to heal.  In the event is the learning.  Karma is unresolved or unfinished learning of something you did in other lives.  It didn’t really even initiate here in this lifetime.  Whether you believe this concept or not think about it.

Some really intense non-stop event keeps coming up in your life, you may even be thinking: “I’m a really good/nice person to be having this much sh#* happening” right?  Well, this sh.. is an accumulation from other lives that was left unresolved that you are bringing up in this life to figure it out.

It isn’t going to just go away.  You have to bring your own Self parts back together to make your Self whole.  Complete, you become complete and you complete the learning and the really good news is you don’t have to do that karmic pattern ever again.  You learned it, you earned it.

This is what I do as a energy coach, spiritual energy broker, conscious wake up call guide, and your own personal champion.  What you long to unravel regarding your emotional pain or very confused beliefs about yourself, we go about this together and get to the source no matter which life this happened in.

There are tools for this.  You learn how to use them, you learn which ones you need, you awaken a part of you that was asleep from too much fear. What ever the block we unravel together in your story you will be braver and feel the peace you desire.

There is no Spotless Mind medicine.  You actually want to know what is going on so you can restore all parts of YOURSELF.

Be courageous and brave and present with yourself.  You have all that you need to do this with in yourself.

Super Full Moon August 29th, 2015

We are in a Super Full Moon.  This Super Full Moon, Saturday August 29th  is the first of 3, we have one now, August and we will have one more in September, and then the last one in October.  A Super Full Moon means a full moon is making its closest approach to Earth and this weekend is it. This Super Moon is about focusing on intentions of being FREE and uninhibited.  You can allow the old to leave.

Stand out under this Super Moon even if it is for 5 minutes. Imagine a cord connecting you to the Moon.  Let the energy flow from you to Her beautiful fluid energy.  Let your -self trust your intuition, telepathy, and let the energy direct you to live your life on purpose going forward.  Life is getting adjusted back into integral alignment. Be sure to do this Sunday and Monday too!

What you will experience during this period is huge emotional releases. You and or those around you could be touchy, sensitive and emotions pretty raw.  It might be best to be alone, give yourself some extra private time/space for you to be emotionally free with your feelings. This is the weekend for releasing the past and anything holding you back.

The other influence (though subtle for now) is the beginning of the Shadow period, wait for it…    you got it, Mercury Retrograde!  This is last one of 2015.  This actually began Friday August 28.  The onset of the shadow period lasts until September 16//17.  Then the full 3 weeks of the actual Retrograde begins.

You can start the review again for all that you have been working on since the beginning of 2015 this has a greater chance of being realized during a Super Moon (as well as a full Moon).

Go over what you wrote down in March 2015 when you were focusing on career, self-love, setting intentions to release forgotten behaviors, did you kick off projects you were going to begin or get back to.  Anything you may have stated to yourself about past actions.  Now is the time to simply review the items and the work will begin in the Retrograde on September 16th.

  1. During this Shadow period prepare for what you will act on in Mid-September. Shadow period for a retrograde is the same as (hint: shadow, rejected parts of your-self in everyday living)
  2. Whatever Themes or issues come up over the next 3 weeks will be your personal themes you will focus on and move through during the Retrograde.
  3. The Shadow Retrograde began August 28th but the actual Retrograde begins on September 16th and will end October 8th.
  4. Write down any repetitive thoughts, your feelings, worries, fears, doubts, and don’t forget the happy joyful events too. Notice how they made you feel and how you got to those feelings.
  5. As you take notes on what you notice in your themes you will create greater clarity in communicating what you want to act on. This is the beauty of Mercury.  Communication, clarity, intention and acting on it.
  6. The clearer you are about what isn’t going “right” for you, the clearer your self-vision will be revealed.
  7. Do Something YOU ARE GOOD AT! Follow through without delay, during Mercury it is easier for you to be heard and understood under the influence of the retrograde. (Believe it or not all of Mercury Retrograde isn’t negative or bad). But it does bring up unresolved past business and this is what throws everyone.  The Shadow period can prepare you to know what you will probably be working on during the actual Retrograde.

As we reel in closer to September 16th I’ll send some reminders of physical manifestations.

Get uncomfortable because…

Getting uncomfortable can spark resistance or innovation.

Being uncomfortable in an of itself might remind you of times when your body hurt or maybe it still does?   Or you were in a social setting and were “in over your head,” feeling like you didn’t rehearse a script long enough to know what to do spontaneously.  Perhaps you left the gathering rather than staying and observing yourself while you were very uncomfortable.  This would be a great learning opportunity, by the way.

Being uncomfortable will stimulate you to either forge ahead or freeze up.  Let your self be uncomfortable for the time it takes to direct you to create something that is uniquely from you.

Listen to and learn from a master, teacher, books, classes, or whatever your choice is, but then move into your own vision.  This might make you so uncomfortable that you will talk yourself out of a change because you can’t see what it looks like finished. It hasn’t been done yet.  You are about to make your own version of something you learned from somewhere, but now you can make it your own.  Be your blueprint,  use your unique thumbprint.

Then you can get back into balance and get comfortable again. You can ease into the balance and pay attention to the details of your new idea.  While you watch it unfold, you nurture the development of the idea.  You become more confident that it is actualizing as you imagined it.

Perhaps this is the beginning of the end of when you began being uncomfortable?  Be comfortable for a while, float on your good feelings; take a  rest on a great accomplishment that was borne out of your being uncomfortable.

Guess what?  Get uncomfortable again.  It doesn’t mean you have to be uncomfortable forever.   Still, you have to do something, anything (that’s not harmful to you or others), that will jar you out of being stagnant and asleep.

What happens when you are stagnant, is predictability and boredom.  When what you are doing is that predictable, it means you pretty much know what you’re doing.  You’ve got what you started out to do figured out and now you’re just gliding.

Gliding isn’t bad of course, its just  that not much new juice will be flowing for  yourself.  You can’t create and attract something amazingly new out of the ether when you are simply gliding.

First you must have a dream.  Imagination and taking action sparks life into matter.  Matter manifests from your idea because you let yourself move out of predictability.

You moved out of certainty.

You don’t grow on a secure path.

Uncertainty takes a certain internal self-trust that you have learned all you can from a situation and now you have to paint your own masterpiece.  It doesn’t matter what your personal content is that you want to create.  Just know that you will grow more by being off the secure path than you will looking like you are a specialist in one area only, bored to tears living in a hamster wheel.

Be the help yourself depends on.  Get the vision of yourself and practice once a day being that vision.  In front of the mirror: sing in a microphone, or cook that new food, go run that track, jump in the water or go talk to a stranger, practice speaking in front of little children then move up to adults.

Get uncomfortable to find out what you are made of!

A Full Moon and Mercury Retrograde

I wanted to guide each of you through the next 10 days that are left of the Mercury retrograde. You could have experienced some deep emotional changes and physical changes. When we process things at the emotional level and the etheric level, our bodies are going to feel it for us, it can’t happen any other way. You could have had a psychic or spiritual flu, deep aches and pains, nausea, headaches and wanting to sleep and sleep and sleep some more. You were processing what you learned, changed, and or let go of, in the retrograde.

Remember that what you were processing was the information you wanted to work on, the pre-shadow period, and writing everything down and taking notice of how you were processing it so you could take action.

This was about being on purpose for yourself.

In the two week pre-shadow period, May 4 up to May 19th, you were taking notes during this time, what is up from your past, whom are you thinking about constantly, what new projects are you going to be involved in, and perhaps what are you thinking of consistently?

Then the three weeks of the full retrograde started on May19th. This is where you then got to dig into the information that came up and keep an overview of it. And then you got to take action, on what you are going to change, let go of, heal, and do differently. Especially speaking up for yourself and being in your truth.

The integration, Post Shadow time, June 11th until June 27th is when you will begin your integration with the information you were working on and being present with yourself so you could make changes. If there are any “loose ends” you get to clean up, pull together and finish any unfinished business you might have not gotten to in the 21 days of the full Retrograde.

Mercury is about communication, but this retrograde is about our personal awareness and changing and upgrading our personal communication styles. If, in the past, we’ve had trouble using our truth, our fifth chakra, our throat and the back of the throat, which is our responsibility to ourselves to use our truth, we could have experienced some uncomfortable symptoms.
Symptoms that indicate you might need to be working on clarity,or because you are working on it and it is uncomfortable, could show up as stuffy noses, congestion, muscle soreness, third eye congestion (sinuses) ,dizzy or being light- headed.

Headaches or migraines can be common outcomes. You are being upgraded and your brain and soul connection can feel very overwhelming during this period. If there is an overload and you resist change or suppress change, this might translate into headaches/migraines.

When it is ignored and compressed, and we aren’t revealing our own truth, these symptoms can be an indication that we might want to use our truth/self-awareness more. During these three weeks you get to practice your own revelations to yourself where you might want to use your communication. You may not have been using it very well or at all. This can be a fun exploration and doesn’t need to be frightening. And if you are putting into practice what you learned about yourself in pre-shadow, you will have a greater perspective of your life.

As we go into the integration period, you will feel the power of the retrograde. It could feel like there is more pressure than usual. Along with this retrograde, Codes were changed and upgraded in the planet, which could have felt like increased pressure, which also affects our etheric, physical and emotional bodies.

The pre-shadow period helped to put things together and bring things forward, the actual retrograde let you move into action and do something with what you noticed, and integration serves as a review to finish up anything you may have missed.

This was the time to make a commitment to yourself. Someone or something from the past may have come up over and over again, needing to be addressed and taken care of, with the opportunity to change your style of communication and stepping into your Truth to speak.

You can drag your heels, and not do the things you noticed, but it will still be there to be worked on even though you didn’t address it. Whatever the issue, there will be another time and you will have an opportunity to work on what you didn’t work on during this retrograde.

It is not as if you escaped it. You may get your learning in another way even though you didn’t bring these issues to a head for yourself during this time. There is always more time to learn.

Things may have been shown to you, becoming clearer each time you tried to communicate with someone and it didn’t go very well. There will be another opportunity to use your new found Self, your truth and voice and the responsibility to take care of yourSelf first.

Now, about the full Moon. The full moon is supportive and loving and helpful, and has to do with our consciousness. It is magnetic and female. Unlike the last few weeks, which was more electric energy downloaded and configured into the planet, through the sun which is male, electric and linear.

This full moon is about personal freedom. Imagine teaming up and integrating your ability to communicate your truth and your personal freedom (less self-criticism). You may have been frightened or not sure how to communicate your truth, and this retrograde was helping you to learn and process just that. This theme of personal freedom with this full moon really started in December of last year on many levels, we’ve really had a half year to process how we could get to our personal freedom.

If you’ve been acting in your personal freedom, it could mean loving yourself and not having to earn the love, or comparing yourself to others, or leaving a relationship without guilt, ending a friendship, leaving a job, or changing the way you eat. It can come in a variety of packages to present to you what you would want to use or work on for your own personal freedom.

To get the most out of the energy of this full moon, just simply connect with the full moon. Go outside and stand outdoors. It doesn’t matter if you can see the light, you can still connect with the moon’s energy. If you can see it and you can sit, you can connect by meditating. Get into your vertical tube, get into your first chakra, connect to mother earth, go into each chakra and then into your crown. Let yourself connect through your crown. Go all the way up as if you’re in an elevator and connect to the moon.

When you feel yourself connect to the fluid light energy, you’ll know you are connected to that consciousness. Let the energy move through you and cleanse any old binds and ties to your past as far back as you know where you’ve been inhibited with your own personal freedom. Write down or record your experience so you can go over it. Use these findings through the end of the retrograde integration phase June 27th.

This is a great day for owning your power, building your Self worth, and feeling really confident. Don’t make any excuses for who you are. Don’t get overtaken by the guilt or confusion of who you think you should be or where you think you should be at this point in your life.

The energy of the moon is fluid love that goes through your body. Connect with your own fluids, including your blood and water to connect with the moon. Upgrading our way of communicating our personal truth, along with the full moon’s theme of personal freedom are the finishing touches for this Mercury retrograde.

Mercury Retrograde – Rewind and Reset

May 2015 retrograde is here again.  This will be our second one for 2015.  We’re in the Pre-Shadow period right now, which started May 4, and will last until the 18/19th. Then, Mercury Retrograde goes full on the 18/19th of May.  This lasts for three full weeks. Then into a post-shadow integration period for all that you will have learned and have become aware of about yourself.  This integration period will be from  June 11 until June 27.

Just a reminder of what a planetary Retrograde means and what it assists us all in doing at this time.  We all get to go over past/old ground and look at situations and behaviors that are in need of attention. It is like a reset or rewind button for us.  You, and all of us, get to go over parts of our life where you may have missed your learning.

You now have an opportunity to actually “do over,” what you may have left out in many situations and with present awareness, try it again. The pre-shadow period is extremely beneficial; it is the prepratory work for the three weeks prior to when the real work begins. The pre-shadow period is for you to become aware of themes in your life.

Group or individual opportunities can appear where you missed taking care of situations in the past, like personal relationships, business or otherwise. Take note of who might pop up in your life when you least expect them or if someone pops up from the past.

Who are you thinking of constantly and why?  And what significant dealings are coming up each day: money, health, confrontation, family, being uncomfortable about your obligations, to name a few examples.  Write these down, and when you enter into the full Retrograde look over your notes and see/feel what you want to work on.

When this Retrograde does move into full swing, it will be about how you use your decision/choosing for your own personal growth.  You will focus more on what your own feelings are about choosing than what you think you are SUPPOSED to be doing in life.  This is a healing time to focus in pre-shadow and the full Retrograde on your own clarity.

This clarity is what gives you more authenticity and your Truth.  Clarity and Truth will give you authenticity.  You can choose from your Heart or Soul alignment rather than your linear, reasoning, logical self.  Your intuitive action will be your own personal growth.  These are steps that move you up the ladder of Self- awareness and realization that you have your own Free-Will-Power, your own free choice.

Listen to your heart, feel your intuition, pay attention to what you are feeling that leads you to certain growth at this time.  Retrogrades are very powerful and healing.  You don’t have to see this as a challenge or confrontation of your ego (but know your ego will kick and scream), but a time of review to heal that which you missed in the past.

You may start having some physical reactions, even now in the pre-shadow time; Headaches, feeling tired, sleepy, achy, or no appetite or very hungry.  Honor these physical signals and do the best you can to accommodate yourself.

DRINK more water, if you stay hydrated you are helping your mind, body, spirit in a way that you might not think you really need.  Water, like breath, is a combination package that our body desires.  Pay attention to these simple acts of support for your spirit and biological body.

I’ll send more information as we get closer to the Retrograde.  Stay awake and pay attention to the prerequisites to the real deal.

Taking Action

actionTake Action! You know, that can mean so many things, taking action.  Just getting up in the morning is taking action.  I mean,  you could actually just stay in bed and not do the things you said you’d do.

And you could just stay stuck in what ever emotional pain you are in and choose a distraction for the moment to keep your mind off the pain.  That actually is taking action, isn’t it?

When you pick a topic about your self then set a day or week that you are going to put a plan in place to do something about it, that is taking action. Then the day comes, and you have some pretty big expectations about yourself as to how you are going to dive into this topic of yours about yourself. You might even think that you are so ready you will be able to carry this out forever.

Then the challenge starts.  You find how much effort it really takes to want to change this situation you are in that is not making you feel very good.  This challenge you started needs some big energy to sustain your intentions, right?

So now you put more plans into place and more action that you need to take to make this really feel like you’re going to get somewhere with this idea.

You could feel like you’re spinning your wheels now because you are gathering input from others, collecting more information about your situation, and it might seem that the more action steps you take, the further you get from feeling like your efforts are moving you into any relief.

Action + effort = acknowledgement

Here are some helpful tools to keep you focused on your outcome:

1) Be patient.  Be observant of yourself.  If you plan one thing for the day, then you will be able to take notice of it. If what you plan to change happens, you have to be present to notice it.

2. Choose to be present so you can resonate with the sign that is delivered.  You set up an action to take, now you best give yourself the space to notice it when it happens, acknowledge it.  It doesn’t have to be monumental, huge, or run you over.  This sign that you have delivered to yourself can be subtle and small, but you have to be present to put it all together.

3. Ask what the learning is.  If you are present with yourself, you can stop and experience the learning and you can be aware of the outcome for your actions that you planned to do differently.

4. Next and most importantly, be grateful.  Now that you have the sign delivered you can be so grateful for the insight and go use it.  Write it down.  Keep a log of signs, messages and aha moments so you can weave them together to show you the big picture.  This is where your learning will most likely reveal to you what and how to continue your desire to change.

Let the Essence of your action become you.   Don’t become the action.

Solar Eclipse March 20th 2015

A Solar Eclipse pCredithenomenon is when the Moon passes in front of the Sun between the Earth and the Sun.  This is the simple explanation and yet a very intense energy experience for everyone on the planet.  The Sun is the intelligence for our planet; it is the Male energy, electric and very intense.  The Moon is the feminine energy, fluid and influences our consciousness and equally powerful.

When the Sun is eclipsed we are actually being taken “offline” in order to close the old programs for a short time to be reconfigured, cleaned up, and or shift our perception as to how we think.  Then, we reset.   You know when you have downloaded a new program on your computer and it asks if you can then “run it” so it can install, well this is the reset.

Between now and the 20th there are some conscious actions that we can mindfully act on to get a jump start before the eclipse. This eclipse will move us into the upgrades and changes that will directly correlate with assisting us in opening up hidden unfinished learnings.

We don’t have to see it or be at the exact place on the planet where it is actually happening.  We will all feel these intense energies that will be the reset and renewal.

This is the 1st Eclipse of 2015.  This will open the door for a new life for you. This renewal or a new life pertains to deepening your awareness of Being moment to moment, rather than doing, accomplishing and winning. This is a period for aligning with your feminine and masculine.

This is where the Moon (feminine) the dark will embrace the Sun the (light) and together mesh the new life, the renewal we are longing for.

There are some conscious choices that you can pay attention to so you are better prepared for the eclipse.  Start now instead of waiting for the eclipse energy to move you along with you not being aware of your own choice for change.

If you had ideas of change in the beginning of the year, revisit these plans or ideas and notice if you have any changes or if you need a reset. What are the major areas in your life where you need to clean up,  or are  old wounds that you have from your childhood that keep repeating?

Because this eclipse will force conclusions around unfinished business one way you can line up with your self is to check yourself for recurring messages that you hear either in your own self or outside.   Go over these situations that keep coming up over and over and aren’t resolved because they are definitely on the table to be taken care of once and for all.

You may think that you don’t know what the items are that you should pay attention to, simply check on your feelings.  Either it is relationships, health, money any of your life situations will bring you back to your truth about how you’re feeling about yourself.  Ask yourself why or what the reason is that the messages keep coming back to you, you will be able to make a change, at least put a plan in place.

Better you do the conscious choice for changing than  feeling powerless
because circumstances make you change and you thinking it is against your will.

Here are some of the subjects that are up for healing that we all will be
challenged to pay attention to:

  • To live authentically we may need to let go or change a situation.
  • To be aware of our imagination and trust our intuition, learn how to use it, tune in to it and trust.
  • The parts of our lives that live in fear, how is this keeping us from
  • connecting to our Self and how is this holding you back?
  • Know what our limiting belief is that confines us to a restricted life.  (There could be many)

This is a very intense period where the power to align and accept our masculine and feminine let us have a deeper awareness of these energies.  This play in balance between the light and dark, the masculine/feminine will continue on the planet until everyone goes into balance within every one of us, (and this will take quite a long time.)   This is so. This is what we came to learn to do as we live in physical matter.
