Move through your fear

When you bump up against or into something you put off and off and then you create more stress, just do it!  Put one idea down and only do that one idea.  See how you feel just by completing that one thing you have been procrastinating about.  This alone may let you go to the next part of your project/idea and start to put that into movement.  Perhaps you could just speak or write to one person or place and not think you have to do it all at once.  One step at a time can be so soothing and reassuring that you feel inspired to want to give yourself more credit that you just did it!  Be gentle to your self and go at a pace that calms the fear down, not spike it up to paralysis.  Go do it, Rita
